Jan Gorjanc studied orchestral conducting as a part of his RCM degree as well as on masterclasses and summer academies since 2013. He has gained most of his conducting experience conducting choir Musica Viva, of which he is a leader and conductor since October 2018. Under his direction they have received a Silver award at a regional choir competition, where he was awarded a special award for a Young Perspective Conductor.
